Dating back to at least 1919, the mirrored mahogany bar from the Commodore Hotel in Manhattan is one of the few things here that isn’t local. In a cozy space dominated by exposed brick, warm wood, and vintage-style lighting, chef Sean Corcoran serves produce and humanely raised meats from a long list of regional farms.
